In this kids handbuilding with clay class, students learn to create functional and decorative pieces using clay tools and handbuilding techniques. Students are encouraged to explore their creativity and experiment with clay while building foundational skills.
Open to ages 6 and up, with consideration for ability to focus and work carefully with their hands.
Students may join mid-month, with projects adjusted to fit the time available.
Cleanup must be completed within class time, and students may be asked to remain until cleanup is finished.

To cancel for a given month, notice must be received in writing no later than the 25th of the prior month; future installments will be cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.

Firing fees are included for standard-sized pieces.

Oversized pieces (10+ inches total, calculated by adding the two largest dimensions) will incur additional firing fees, per the firing fee chart.
BILLING AND CANCELLATION

Class fees are calculated based on the remaining classes in the semester (including holiday closures) and can be paid in monthly installments.

Makeup classes are not available for missed sessions due to scheduling constraints.

If you choose the monthly payment plan, your installment will be charged on the 1st of each month.

To cancel before the end of the semester, please notify us in writing by the 25th of the month prior, your cancellation will take effect the following month.

Because installments are evenly divided, cancelling before the end of the semester may create a small difference between what you've paid and the classes received. Any variance will be refunded or charged at cancellation.
