Cancellation Policy
ENROLLMENT AND COMMITMENT
-
Installment Payment Plans
-
Classes without a minimum commitment operate on a month-to-month basis when enrolled on the installment payment plan.
-
Cancellations take effect at the start of the following month (see How to Cancel Eligible Plans).
-
-
Full Prepayment for Semester
-
When a semester is paid in full, enrollment is a commitment to the full term and is not eligible for month-to-month cancellation.
-
-
Minimum Commitment
-
Classes with a minimum commitment require completion of that minimum term
-
After the minimum commitment is met, enrollment continues on a month-to-month basis only if the installment plan is selected.
-
-
Drop-In Classes and Workshops
-
Drop-in classes and workshops are paid in advance and are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Registrations relating to drop-in classes, workshops, or other pre-paid one-off programs cannot be rescheduled, credited, transferred, or carried forward.
-
HOW TO CANCEL ELIGIBLE PLANS
-
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient)
-
For enrollments on the installment plan, written notice must be received by the 25th of the month for cancellation to take effect the following month.
-
Cancellations cannot be applied retroactively.
RELEASE OF ENROLLMENT
-
Cancelling releases your spot to another student.
-
Once cancelled, your space may be filled and cannot be held, reinstated, or extended; re-enrollment is subject to availability.
PAYMENT PLANS AND FINAL ADJUSTMENTS
-
Class fees are calculated based on the remaining classes in the semester (accounting for holidays and closures) and split into equal installments, with the first charged at checkout and the rest charged on a set schedule.
-
If cancellation occurs prior to the end of a semester, there may be a small overpayment or underpayment relative to classes attended. Any variance will be refunded or charged at the time of cancellation.
OUTSTANDING CHARGES
-
Any outstanding amounts remain due and may be charged to the payment method on file, including but not limited to:
-
Firing fees
-
Additional materials or clay purchases
-
Damage to studio equipment or property
-
Any other fees incurred during enrollment
-
MISSED CLASSES
-
Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled, credited, transferred, or carried forward.
STUDIO DISCRETION
-
The Studio reserves the right to terminate enrollment for non-payment, policy violations, or disruptive behavior. All applicable charges remain due.
