We also offer Pottery workshops Handles.... Lids... minis.... carving....big pots... call for our schedule.

AFTER you've taken a class, and have met our expectations to become independent, we offer INDEPENDENT OPEN STUDIO aka membership, for those ADULTS who are interested in sharing the space with others, working with feedback from peers, but no formal instruction.
In order to become a member, you must work independently, have taken at least one 7 week pottery class with the studio, and have demonstrated full understanding of how the studio is run, and shown complete respect for the space, and it's members.

Want to try the wheel, or try sculpting with clay?
We will take you through the steps of throwing without the emphasis on a product. OR...If wheel is not your thing, we can walk you through hand-building a piece OR you learn how to make 3D figures with a beginner lesson in sculpting. Cost is $90/hour per person.
Call to book in advance. We will need adequate time to coordinate schedules with you and the instructor ahead of your class.

4-6 week course for all levels. Loosen up and find your style. In the first weeks, you'll experiment with drawing techniques, focus on composition, and work toward either painting or drawing as a final product.
Many of the students in this class continue on in the next session. If you've wanted to try drawing, and/or painting, this is a wonderful place to start! If you're already an artist, COME AND PLAY WITH US!
